Add Push Notifications with Firebase in Android Studio in my app -- 2

I have an Android project that uses html, css and js files and firebase. The project has sucessfully connected to Firebase but the firebase scripts in my html need fixing so that the app user can log in, pull data correctly.
Step 1) Fix log in on app (this uses .html files and scripts in this .html file for firebase)
Step 2) Write a script that allows push notifications using firebase/ firebase cloud when the realtime Firebase database updates for that logged in user. Script should be specific for the logged in user.
*Project must be completed within 24 hours of getting awarded.
