Add "Product selling with cod" module in my application

Hey guys... I have two application service provider client's application and second other for partners application. I just wanna add selling products in this application.

Products selling module with COD.
I want to show products in clients application and will show buy now and dd to cart. After that if any client place a order... Then delivery method Will be activate(I wanna add delivery API of dhelivery platform). After that order will be showing in seller's account. Then all process Will start for delivery.

Note: i don't want online payment method... So there are not too much hard module for you guys...

I'll explain everything when you completing this order.

I don't want any company for this project... I want a single freelancer.
