Add Geo fencing option to my mobile app

PROBLEM: We have billing software which is used by our employees to take orders from local shops. Each employee goes to around 50 shops every day. Now the order will be taken down in the app or if there's no order for today, the report will be given as if the shop dint give any orders. The problem is that some of our employees without even reaching the shops manually, enter as "no orders" for some shops.
SOLUTION: If it's possible to add a geofencing option to the app, in a way that the employee can only mark the shop as no order/ take orders in it if he is 5-10 meters in radius to the shop.
