Actions Firmware Loader

I want an app that will flash firmware onto a kind of portable music player. The code for flashing the firmware has been compiled for Intel x86, but I need an ARM port that will run on Android 11. I can provide links to most (maybe all) of the code required to do the firmware flashing, but it needs to be put in an Android app wrapper.
