AWS server expert and a Android developer need

I have Android sourcecode, I want to deploy on AWS server (App code, Backend, APIs, Admin panes). Developer have to d2ploy the code on server and Use APi to connect on App and database.
User can register self and admin can see also entry on databade, need all functionality in working conditions
