APP - With GPS info (reverse reocoding)

We would like to get a quote for a APP,

- Android and IOS
- The APP has only 1 screen, with info of location and button to call
- No user register
- Geolocation: must show
- which road it is in
- direction
- Call specific number according to location
- Send data message in ECALL format (check attachment)
- Reverse reocoding
