APP FOR BLUETOOTH BEACON

I'm looking to hire someone to develop an app for a Bluetooth beacon. The app will primarily be for Android, and its primary function will be to provide information to users when they come into proximity of the beacon. I'm open to suggestions as far as design, so any creative ideas the freelancer has are welcome.
