APP Developer for ANDROID & IOS

Hello,
I search an App Developer for Android & iOS.
And it absolutely needed you have enough experience, because it's a bigger project. So please, you you haven't enough experience, doesn't write here!
But the first thing to do is the following:
We have already an developed app for android and iOS.
And it's needed to fix now some bugs.
We have a big problem with our notifications.
The following should be do:
The app give a notification, when customer makes a new order.
The app RINGS!, so he give no normal notification.
It's needed the app rings, when it's closed and also longer not used.
it RINGS, also when the phone is in silent mode.
It is absolutely important it works correctly!!
At the moment the function is implement, and it works, but sometimes it doesn't works.
I get no notification, or it doesn't rings, when it is in silent mode,...
and the problem in iOS is at the moment it doesn't rings, when the app is closed, it give just a normal notification.
AFTER this problems are fixed, we can implement new functions, like an automatically print on thermal printer.
I search for a longterm partnership!
