I'm looking for an experienced Android developer to create a utility application for me. This application will facilitate the installation, uninstallation, and management of APK files on a second Android device, all over Wi-Fi using ADB commands. Please note, all devices will be in Developer Mode and have ADB over Wi-Fi enabled.
