APK Creation & Bug Fixing for Marine GPS App

I have developed a Marine GPS app with offline capabilities utilizing lovable AI. The app is 70% complete and requires the following tasks to be done:
- APK creation and deployment to the Android Store
- Integration of an annual subscription plan
- Installation of Razorpay as the payment gateway
- Troubleshooting and fixing functional errors

The app is built using modern tech stack including Vite, TypeScript, React, shadcn-ui, and Tailwind CSS.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience in APK creation and Android Store deployment
