ANDROID TESTER WITH MULTIPLE DEVICES NEEDED

I need an android app to be tested thoroughly on several REAL DEVICES, and suggestions for improvement made from user standpoint (not simply to test if privacy link works) . Please bid only if you know android testing, YOU HAVE SEVERAL REAL DEVICES and you are able to THINK rather than copy and paste protocols.
