ANDROID/IOS APPLICATION BASED ON ODOO

i developped a plateform based on odoo that manage a food distribution company.
I will need to create a mobile application that allow the vendors to generate a "bon de livraison" ( delivery note) and can print it .
the application must be connected to my odoo platform.
the vendor is in a van and go to many clients, so i will need a map that can show the tour for all the clients depending on their addresses.
also, I will need a report section that show the vendor's selling .
the application must be in french, i can help to translate it.
