ANDROID - Build a complex Mobile App similar to Honey (Coupons/discounts/price comparison)

WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A COMPANY.
STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF WEBVIEW CONTROL IS NEEDED, WE ARE BUILDING A CHROME LIKE APP;
We are looking for someone to continue an already existing app, with experience with working with webviews as it plays a major role in the application;
We are looking for a full time developer for a long term project ( a complex one), we will be building a mobile app for Android and after that for iOS.
The developer must have fast experience with Kotlin (Android native), MVVC model development;
Coding basics:
- use friendly and descriptive names
- add comments to the functionalities
- reuse as much of the code as possible
Some Key features will be:
- All data will be stored in FireBase, including user information so firebase authentification must be implemented
- multi language app
- In App Mobile Browser with custom monitoring to manipulate the respective dom
- Auto Apply Coupons
- Auto get better prices for a product from firebase (we will be pushing the information there)
- Login with facebook/google
- Many other features
- We will not work with companies, only freelancers, only if you have at least 300 ratings;
- FULL time only
- at the begging we will go milestone to milestone, afterwards we will see;
- this is a very long term project, full time for several months maybe Years to update it;
In-app browser functionalities
- browser functionality with url monitoring for future updates where we will search for coupons/products forearch url change
- the browser header/menu should be identical with the chrome mobile browser, even the fonts
- The footer fixed menu should be there on all pages as in the XD files
- The browser will be available to the users only after login and will be shown/hidden depending on the settings
- the browser menu should hide on scroll down, and show when scroll up, exactly as the chrome mobile browser
