ADB software that runs task from computers to Android phones

I'm looking to get a ADB software that works with Android phones remade. I've got login and videos/pictures of it if you need it. Just DM me and I can send you what I've got.
It's made in NodeJS and I don't have source but I'm looking to get a 1:1 creation of it.
Wether that be in nodeJS or c#.
