i need an android app designer.

I need an experienced android app developer .I would like it designed and built.its an app for tattoo industry clients .its similar to Instagram where artists can post there work videos and photos but on smaller platform for local area clients and artist.includes ai , maps and location to find nearby artists.development might take months so I am looking for someone long term.looking to get done basic app first then will move to hourly as we add more features.would be great if have done work on similar apps in past.
