**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to redesign and improve the user interface and experience of our restaurant POS system, Capos. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical know-how, and a user-centered approach to enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of the platform. You’ll work closely with our developers and stakeholders to ensure the new design integrates seamlessly with our current backend and frontend architecture built with Node.js, Angular, Ionic, and Cordova.

**Responsibilities:**
- Analyze the current UI/UX of Capos and identify areas for improvement.
- Create user-friendly designs that simplify complex workflows for restaurant staff and managers.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with restaurant stakeholders to gather insights.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like [e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch].
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the designs are technically feasible and easy to integrate with our tech stack.
- Provide reusable and modular design components optimized for frontend and backend implementation.
- Ensure designs adhere to branding and accessibility standards.
- Document design specifications and guidelines for smooth implementation.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing similar projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like [e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch].
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Familiarity with frontend and backend development workflows, specifically with Node.js, Angular, Ionic, and Cordova.
- Experience designing solutions for industries such as food service or retail (preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


**Technical Requirements:**
- Proficiency in working with tech stacks like Node.js, Angular, Ionic, and Cordova.
- Ability to create designs with reusable components that align with the existing infrastructure.
- Experience working with developer-friendly tools for seamless integration (e.g., Figma for design handoff).
