Simple Android App (NO Graphical User Interface: sqlite database & cellphone contact list manipulation)

I’m connected to a body area network which creates problems for me. I cannot keep contacts in my cellphone contact list for long periods of time. I'd like an android app named "Phone Sitter" created to resolve the issue. It is a simple "bare bones" app to accomplish what I need. It needs to be created with Android Studio. I will be expecting an Android Studio project file with documented java code exported .zip & compiled .APK to run on Android 9.0 Pie operating system included with Samsung J2 (S260DL). I expect brief documentation at the beginning of main function providing a brief description how the program functions with respect to variables, function inputs & outputs, and classes involved. Brief documentation can be provided in a readme text file as well.
I need a simple android app to modify the contact list in my cellphone. It involves keeping my contacts in a SQLite database & using a script to copy contacts to cellphone contact list from SQLite database, wait specified time, delete all contacts in cellphone phone and repeat with a specified time. Both specified times are found within the settings table within the SQLite file. I’d like the script to run on startup without user intervention. The app can be disabled if settings table has 0 for disable. Program exits when disable equals 1. I would get this script going myself but have too many hurdles with being slowed down by nanomaterials. There is no graphical user interface. I plan on using an Android Sqlite database editor/manager such as "SQLite Master" from the Android store to edit the Sqlite database to save time creating a graphical interface. Multiple tables are created for 5 different lists of contacts within the Sqlite database. The table name for contacts to load is specified within the settings table. A new sqlite database is created if one does not already exist named: phone_sitter.sqlite with a settings table and 5 contact tables named “1”, “2”, “3”, “4”, “all” defined below.
SQLite database contains:
Settings table with three columns named id, setting, parameter with the following rows added by default:
id, contacts_table, all
id, disable, 0
id, time_in, 30
id, time_out, 3600
Note:
It's easier to edit settings displayed in rows rather than columns with Sqlite Master
"all" is the contact table set to load
0 is boolean or int
30 and 3600 are defined in seconds
Contacts table with columns for:
Id, name, company, number, email, url/website
(columns for first_name & last_name can be used instead of name if it takes less time)
My expectations for the freelancer completing the project:
• I don’t believe in releasing milestones until the project is finished. I expect my freelancer is confident in completing the job.
• The project needs to be completed within the time frame provided with bid. I expect daily updates and questions asked if any clarification is needed.
