I am in need of a meeting dashboard system that includes essential features such as calendar integration, task management, and real-time collaboration. It needs to include public access for user access, and the data it displays must be meeting outcome metrics. This system will be critical in helping to keep our team on track with upcoming meetings and efficiently evaluate the outcomes of each meeting. This system must be intuitive and easy to use and must include features for tracking tasks and progress on projects. Lastly, it must be able to display contact information to allow us to quickly reference who is involved in any project or meeting.

Make a web portal using django, when all employees in an enterprise will sign in and fetch their user profile and their outlook calender data and store it in a database.
Now fetch data from that portal and display in an android app as a dashboard for an tablet.

Android Application: A user-friendly application for tablets that fetches real-time data from the web portal and displays it in an easy-to-understand dashboard format. The application will support features such as meeting updates, upcoming events, notifications, and more.
Methodologies:
The Django framework will be used for web development, ensuring a robust and scalable web portal.
We will use Microsoft Graph API to fetch Outlook calendar data from user profiles.
SQLite or PostgreSQL can be used for secure and efficient database management.
For the Android application, we will use Java or Kotlin as the primary programming language along with XML for UI design.
REST API will be developed for seamless data transfer between the web portal and the Android app.
