Create a ‘hello world’ App (in Android Studio) to collect users Step count using Android Fitness API.

Aim

We are creating a Health App and require a working example of using “Android Fitness API” to collect step data.

Requirements
---------------------------------------------
- The user installs the app.
- Every time they open the App they see the number of steps they have made that day.
- The step count for each hour is written to a text file regardless of if the App is running or not

Platform
---------------------------------------------
- Development platform - Android Studio.
- Deployment platforms – Android Version 8 to 12
- Android Fitness API (Not Google Fitness Store)
