Android calling GSM -> WhatsApp

Description:
3 users with mobile phone.

USER1: Any mobile phone with SIM card number XXX without internet.

USER2: My first mobile phone with SIM card number YYY with internet for WhatsApp with nick name AAA. HERE WILL BE INSTALLED NEW ANDROID APPLICATION !!!!

USER3: My second mobile phone with internet for WhatsApp with nick name BBB.

Function 1: - 40%

Calling from USER1 to USER3:
1. USER1 calls number YYY of USER2
2. Android APP of USER2 calls by Whatsup USER3.
3. USER3 receive calls by WhatsApp.
4. USER2 receive calls by SIM card.
5. USER1 and USER3 are speaking together.

When USER1 or USER3 cancalled calling, every communication is cancalled.

Function 2: - 20%

Calling from USER3 to USER1:
1. USER3 writes message by WhatsApp to USER2 in format: "CALL +420777777777"
2. Android APP of USER2 calls by Telegram USER3.
3. USER3 receive calls by WhatsApp.
4. USER2 calls USER1 by SIM card.
5. USER1 receive calls by SIM card
5. USER1 and USER3 are speaking together.

When USER1 or USER3 cancalled calling, every communication is cancalled.

Function 3: - 20%

Every SMS to SIM card of USER2 are sent by WhatsApp to USER3. In format "number> text"

Function 4: - 20%

Every SMS sent by whatsup from USER3 to USER2 in format "number> text" are sent by SIM card to USER1 with SIM card number "number" with text "text".


Android application will:
A) can be started to setting screen also by icon on desktop.
B) multiple start are not allowed.
C) when will started, there will be notification icon.
D) when click on notification, setting screen are shown.
E) setting screen - XXX, YYY, AAA, BBB, ..., stop button, start button, automatic start after reboot.
F) REMARK: Sound on mobile phone of USER2 will be muted. No any sound during caling and ringing.
G) Android application will be done with free software. No any paid services or library are allowed.
H) Only original library from google or whatsup are allowed. Other library must be allowed by me.
I) Aplication will run on Android 9+

Money will be paid after end of each function (I will test this function successfully and I will receive android app with source code in android studio). Software will be done from function1 to function4.
