Android Studio - Add a counter of seconds inside an broadcastreceiver

The timer will start when a call to the broadcast receiver (telephony manager)(OFF HOOK) happen.
The timer will stop when another action in broadcast receiver (telephony manager)(IDLE STATE)happen.
Finally the seconds counted will be shown within an toast message.
