Modify Android 14 operating system.
1) Enable file encryption by default and make it permanent;
1.1 ) Remove the enabling/disabling of the FBE service from the system settings.
2) Remove USB and Bluetooth management from the system settings. USB available ONLY for charging and not for exchanging files with the PC.
3) Enable/Disable the settings in point 2) ONLY via Intent and an eventual security code.
4) Disable all external HD if present.
