non-profits android and ios application

Hi there! I am overseeing a project for an android/ios app for the non-profit I work for, it's built on React Native, hosted on Heroku, and tied into our Salesforce database. Our front-end designer/developer has been working on the project for over a year now and has been disregarding all of our deadlines that have come up. The majority of the project is completed, so we are looking for someone to come in and help complete the project so that we can get it submitted to the stores, hopefully within the next few weeks. I have been relying on him for this project and to be honest, have no idea of where to even look to find someone to help us cross the goal line.
