We need an experienced Bluetooth communications and Android app developer

We are building an Android version of our IOS version of atendit, and need an experienced senior technical developer to help finish the app. Since the app is running fine and has been for some time on iPhones, this project is to help us complete the look alike Android version.

The app is designed to receive a Bluetooth Low Energy Beacon transmission and process the resultant record to determine if a reminder, notice or security alert should be issued to the user based on user requirements.
