I need experience VPN android app developer

I am looking for an Android developer with previous experience building VPN apps. I already have the design ready, I just need the app developed.

The app should include:
- VPN connection using Android VpnService (WireGuard or OpenVPN protocol preferred)
- Secure encryption for all traffic (no plain-text)
- Basic Connect/Disconnect function
- Integration of AdMob for ads (banner + interstitial)
- 10–20 VPN servers (Multiple countries IPs) to start with
- Simple UI based on my design (Figma)
- Privacy Policy screen & clear disclosure about VPN usage
- No user login is needed for the first version (ads only). Later, I may add a premium subscription option.

Please only apply if you have already developed VPN apps before and understand Google Play policies for VPN apps.
