android app ads id replace and video ads fix

already have a working Android app and an active AdMob account. All I need is a quick ads id replace in android app:
• Swap in my new banner-ad ID and video/interstitial-ad ID.
• Make sure each ad (banner and video) displays only once every 24 hours instead of on every launch.
• Keep ads skippable for users.
