WhatsApp-Based Barber Appointment System
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I want to build a WhatsApp-based barber appointment system.
The customer will only interact through WhatsApp; the bot will guide them step by step: service selection → barber selection → available slot → confirmation.
Appointment details will be sent to the barber’s Android app.
Must-Have Features (MVP)
WhatsApp bot flow (welcome message, service/barber/slot selection, appointment confirmation & cancellation)
Customers must be able to book future appointments (at least 2 days in advance)
Android barber app: daily/weekly calendar showing available/booked slots
Manual add/cancel appointments, close a full day / bulk-cancel
Show customer name if the number is saved in contacts
Mark and optionally block frequent cancellers/no-shows
Reminder messages 24h and 2h before (via WhatsApp or push notification)
Basic reporting: occupancy rate, number of cancellations, peak hours

Small web-based admin panel (working hours, holidays, reports)
Automatic database backup & GitHub repo for easy updates
Short "How to Use" PDF or video guide
1–2 months of support/maintenance after go-live

Will you handle WhatsApp Business Cloud API setup/verification? Any third-party costs?
What tech stack (backend/database) will you use, and what hosting do you recommend?
Deliverables: Will I receive source code (repo), setup instructions, sample .env files, test users, and basic test scenarios?
What is your monthly fee for support & maintenance after launch? What is your hourly rate for extra development/bug fixes?
What is the warranty period and coverage? How do you handle small changes?
Will you also handle Google Play publishing/keystore, or deliver APK only?
Can you share demos/screenshots or short videos of similar projects you built?

I will be working with a technical mentor during the project. We will provide you with clear requirements and test scenarios and follow up regularly.
