I manage multiple WhatsApp groups where I regularly post my products. If a customer likes a product, they book it directly through the group.
I want to develop an application that automates this workflow based on my existing product database:
Automated Scheduling & Posting: The app should automatically post my products to designated WhatsApp groups according to a predetermined schedule.
Automated Booking System: Once a customer requests to book a product in a group, the app should automatically capture the booking and save the product details along with the customer's information directly into my database.
