Wear app for notification manipulation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have another project you can do if interested. I have multiple and are testing a couple of different coders on freelander to find one that I work well with.
This is a simple task — not a full app — and should take less than 1 hour for someone familiar with Android development.
What I need
A Wear OS app that can trigger Notification Action buttons from the Oticon Companion Android app.
Important:
I do NOT need to control Bluetooth or hearing aids.
I ONLY need to trigger the existing notification actions (the same buttons you see in the Companion app’s notification: Volume + / Volume – / Program change).
A: One Wear app with a simple UI
5 buttons (Volume +, Volume –, P1, P2, P3)
Each button triggers the associated notification action
B: Wear Tile
A Wear OS Tile with the same action buttons as above
Technical notes:
This only requires triggering Notification Action Intents
No BLE, no internal APIs
Phone will be unlocked via Smart Lock, so actions work normally
Must run on Wear OS API 30+
No complicated design needed — minimal UI if any
Deliverables:
Full Android Studio project as ZIP
Unsigned AAB (not signed)
I will upload to Google Play using Play App Signing
