Urgent React Native Developer with Typescript for Mobile App Optimisation - 28/06/2024 05:08 EDT

I'm looking for a seasoned React Native developer to help me optimise my existing mobile app and add a few new features.

Important Note:
1) Only individual freelancers bid will be accepted, agencies please don't bid
2) Our budget is between INR 7k to 10k and timeline is max 5 days for the 1st sprint with you, no renegotiation will be done, only bid only if you can do project in this budget and timeline (Preference will be given to lowest bidder, as this is a long-term and continuous project where you can expect to earn 4+ lakhs in the next 3-6 months
3) We already have a tech team, we are hiring freelancers to delegate workload and increase our work efficiency, we are well aware that if you are an experienced React Native developer, it will hardly take 2-3 day to complete the job if worked dedicatedly, or max 5-7 days (We will provide you a brief walkthrough on the features requirement to ease out the process)
4) Don't submit your bid with generic AI generated content and portfolio, such bids will be rejected

Please note: This is an existing build project already working and deployed, all UI/UX are already built, majorly optimisation or new feature integration is required, We already have the application built in the name of "Get Grahak" available on playstore, you are requested to test out the app to have an overview before submitting your bid, you can download the app at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=my.getgrahak.app&hl=en_US

Scope of project: For better clarity refer the video shared at https://shorturl.at/MmYFe also the app link shared (Detailed story will be shared on our project management tool we are using which is JIRA)
1) Allow user to select preferred language, language values will be provided via the language API, you need to replace all text with the API provided text values, and in case value is not available in the API response, load the alternate text (Screens: Walkthrough, Login, Signup, Dashboard, and Menu)
2) Allow user to generate OTP using WhatsApp on the verify OTP screen, API end points will be provided which will generate the OTP
3) Cross check that push notification being sent during onboarding is working properly
4) Remove unnecessary permission from dashboard and few missing fields and buttons in profile update screen
5) Add missing icons in menu Screen, show checkboxes checked or unchecked based on API response on dashboard view, also integrate APIs to the already developer import product workflow
6) Resolve any crashes existing on the above 5 pointers and optimise UI for portrait and landscape view for above mentioned 5-7 screens

This is a long term and continuous project, this 1st sprint will be treated as starting point on our long term collaboration with the selected freelancer, over the journey you can expect to earn more than INR 4 Lakhs.

Before awarding you the project we will have a 10-30 mins remote call with you to know about your skills and brief you on the project, also on completion of this 1st sprint you will be required to sign an additional NDA and IP agreement later on.


Ideal skills and experiences:
-> Good Knowledge of Github
-> Good knowledge of JIRA
-> Utilises Scaffolding, refactoring, version maintenance
-> Significant React Native experience
-> Proficiency in TypeScript
-> Ability to test and review own work
-> Experience with CRUD operations and API implementation
-> Know online offline data sync
-> Experience with POS technologies
-> Familiarity with Deep linking and in-app caching
-> Work with sql for mobile data management
-> Ability to write well documented code
-> Maintain Documentation
-> Always Uses industry standards and best practises
-> Preferably work on Mac device, as you will be required to work on iOS app too
-> Knowledge of PostMan
-> Proficient in React Native, with an understanding of Typescript for efficient development.
-> Prior experience working on SaaS projects, particularly those involving POS systems, will be highly advantageous.
-> Do mention seven in number in your bid so that I know that you have gone through the requirements clearly so that you will be given a preference during review and selection.
-> A background in incorporating IoT features into applications, especially Inventory Management, Customer Analytics, IoT devices and Smart Payment Options, will be critical for the successful execution of this project.
