Please help me create a polished Android application that delivers up-to-the-minute national news for users in the United States. The app should surface stories across Politics, Sports, Entertainment, Technology, Business, Health, and Science, giving readers a clear, category-based way to browse what matters most to them.
Core functionality I need built in:

• A “save for later” bookmark option that works offline.
• A full dark-mode theme that switches automatically with the system setting.
