Tournament App Setup for Android

I need a freelancer to set up my tournament app. You will work with the source code and server files I already have.

Key Tasks:
- Set up source code in Android Studio
- Connect to my server (admin panel & APIs)
- Fix any Gradle/dependency issues
- Customize app name, package name, and logo
- Implement additional UI/UX customizations
- Build debug and release APKs

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Android Studio
