TeraBox Video Downloader Telegram Bot & Android App

I'm in need of a developer to build a TeraBox Video Downloader system. This project consists of a FREE Telegram Bot that extracts download links from TeraBox, and a Freemium Android App (called Teracinee) where users can stream/download videos.

Key Requirements:
- Telegram Bot: The bot should be able to extract download links from TeraBox. It must be clean, fast, and free for all.
- Android App: The app should have rewarded ads (AdMob/Unity) for free users and Razorpay payment for premium users (no ads, unlimited downloads). The app should allow users to download videos. If you can incorporate video streaming as well, that would be a plus.
- UI/UX: The app should have a simple modern UI. Firebase should be integrated for backend services.
- Language: I'm leaning towards Kotlin for the app, but Java or Flutter are acceptable alternatives.

Deliverables:
- Full source code
- Setup guide

Please provide:

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with developing Telegram bots
