I’m ready to commission a full-scale TeenPatti and Poker application that runs smoothly on Android smartphones as well as through a responsive web interface. My priority is gameplay that feels fast and fair in real-time, so solid multiplayer functionality with reliable matchmaking and latency-free tables sits at the core of the brief.

The overall look should stay simple and clean—no flashy casino themes—just an uncluttered UI that lets players focus on the cards. I will provide color guidelines and basic logo assets; the rest of the graphic work should follow minimal material-style patterns so the same design language translates across both platforms.

Key deliverables
• Production-ready Android build (APK + Play-ready bundle)
• Responsive web client (preferably React, Vue, or comparable SPA)
• Secure backend with player accounts, table management, chip balance logic, and anti-cheat measures
• Admin panel for monitoring tables and adjusting in-game currency
• Source code with clear documentation and handover instructions

Acceptance criteria
1. A user can create or join multiplayer rooms, invite friends, and complete a full game round without disconnects or desyncs.
2. Chip balances persist across Android and web sessions via a shared login.
3. UI adheres to the agreed color palette, typography, and spacing guidelines.
4. Build passes security review for basic OWASP vulnerabilities and stores sensitive data only on the server side.
5. Final handover includes deployment scripts and a short video walkthrough of key features.
