Tea Delivery Android App Suite

I’m building an Android-first ecosystem for a small-city tea delivery startup and need the full stack put together.

Customer App
Users should land in a simple, user-friendly interface that lets them browse the menu, place an order, and pay with credit/debit cards, popular mobile wallets, or choose cash on delivery. Sign-in must happen through social media (Google, Facebook, or similar) and, once an order is placed, customers should see real-time status updates and map-based tracking until their tea arrives.

Rider App
Couriers will receive orders automatically based on proximity. The app must stream their live location, prompt one-tap pickup and delivery confirmations, and update the customer timeline instantly.

Admin Panel
From a web dashboard I want to:
• create, edit, and deactivate rider accounts
• monitor live and completed orders
• view a simple heat map that highlights high-density delivery zones so we can adjust staffing.

Tech & Handover
I’m open on the stack as long as it’s reliable and easy to maintain—Firebase, Node.js, Laravel, or similar back-ends are all fine. Please include:
• full source code for Android apps and admin panel
• API documentation
• basic database schema
• instructions for deploying the server and publishing the apps.
