I'm seeking a Tamil-speaking Android developer for the Sakthi loan app. The project includes 4 apps and a web admin panel.

Core functionalities:
- User registration and login
- Loan application form
- Loan approval tracking

Design: Figma designs are ready. The UI should be professional and corporate.

Integrations required:
- Payment gateway
- SMS notifications
- Bank API
- OTP SMS
- WhatsApp
- Maps tracking

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Android development
- Experience with payment gateway and SMS integration
- Familiarity with bank APIs and mapping services
- Strong UI/UX skills for a professional look
