First there is a user sign up and login using otp /email id and they need to choose a username and avatar.
A) Menu :

2) Face recognition -using retina , calculate the stress
and then predict in percentage the chances to get those
mentioned diseases.

3) Questionnaire - using pictures and questions of
Kessler Psychological Distress Scale. Use the below

4) Games -calculate concentration level from a
Game and calculate stress level from that and
then predict in percentage for chances to get the
mentioned Diseases.

5) Handwriting - using this, calculate stress level and
then predict in percentage for chances to get those
mentioned Diseases.

6) Android application usage - when a button is clicked
Average Android application usage is calculated, and
Stress is calculated from this and then predict in
percentage the chances to get those mentioned
diseases.
Users can choose one or more at a time and take up the test.
B) After choosing their choice, the stress levels is extracted, and from stress levels, chances of getting the following diseases are predicted in percentage.
1) Mental Health Disorders
2) Parkinson's disease
3) Cardiovascular diseases
4) Diabetes type 2

(Any 3 of these based on available datasets)
C) After this, recommendations are given in the form of:
1) Yoga /meditation techniques(sadhguru app api)
2) Music Therapy
3) Games
4) Diet
D) Then after the recommendations are completed, users have to take up the test again. Before and after Statistics are shown.
E) And these are recorded and there is a calender wherein, when we click on a date, before and after statistics of that date will be shown
F) The users can get access to the history with the dates and the recommendations they had got.
G) The users can subscribe to healthcare tips on the anonymous forum.
H) Users get streaks and badges for using the app continuously
I) The user can access the helpline number anytime which is connected to the government suicide prevention helpline (AASRA)
J) Motivational Quotes during navigation

This android app must be able to view as web application as well. Maybe you can add some plugin.
