Security Guard Booking App Development
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I want to launch an on-demand security-guard platform made up of three tightly integrated parts: a customer-facing Android app, a guard-facing Android app, and a web-based admin panel.
Customer app
Users must be able to search for available guards, schedule or book instantly, watch a real-time map as the guard travels to the job, and leave ratings or reviews once the work is done. Smooth in-app payments and push notifications for booking status changes should sit behind these core flows.
Guard app
Guards receive job notifications, choose to accept or decline, see turn-by-turn GPS navigation, and manage an up-to-date work calendar from their phone. Their location feeds the customer’s live-tracking map, so the background GPS service needs to be battery-efficient and reliable.
Admin panel
Through a secure web dashboard I need to create and edit guard profiles, view live bookings, resolve disputes, run payout reports, and configure pricing rules. Role-based access is important so supervisors can be limited to read-only analytics while finance handles payments.
Tech expectations
• Native Android development (Kotlin or Java) with clean architecture
• RESTful or GraphQL API that both apps consume
• Real-time location powered by Firebase, Socket.IO, or a comparable solution
• Secure authentication (JWT, OAuth, or Firebase Auth)
• Scalable database and cloud deployment, preferably AWS, GCP, or Azure

4. Documented API and database schema
5. Setup guide plus a short video walkthrough of key user journeys
6. Two-week post-launch support for critical bugs
Acceptance criteria
• A customer can complete a full booking, track the guard in real time, and leave a review with no crashes.
• A guard can accept a job, navigate to the site, mark arrival/completion, and see the shift on the schedule.
• Admin can view that booking, edit guard details, and trigger a payout report.
