School Management Android APK
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have just opened a new school and need a lightweight, budget-friendly Android APK that lets three different users work smoothly inside the same app: Admin, Teacher and Parent.
Role-based flow
• Admin – creates teacher accounts/passwords, assigns each teacher to the right class, controls the class timetable, and monitors overall student performance. Every complaint raised by parents must also trigger an instant notice to this dashboard.
• Teacher – once signed in, the teacher can mark daily attendance, post and collect assignments, and enter grades. Incoming parent messages (text, audio, video or photo) should arrive in a chat thread dedicated to that student.
• Parent – logs in with a secure ID to view their child’s attendance record, daily tasks/homework and school notifications. Inside the same screen a chat box allows them to raise a complaint or share feedback using text, images, sound or video. The message is routed to the student’s assigned teacher while also alerting Admin.
Key expectations
1. Clean, intuitive UI that separates the three log-ins.
2. Real-time updates (Firebase or another lightweight backend is fine; open to your suggestion).
3. Push notifications for new tasks, grades, or parent messages.
4. A working APK plus full source code that I can compile again in Android Studio.
Please keep the build simple and efficient so it runs well on low-end phones; I have to stay within a tight launch budget. If you’ve already built a similar system, even better—share a demo and timeline and we can move forward quickly.
