Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need an integrated mobile app that showcases residential and commercial properties in a clear, easy-to-search catalog. The core of this project is a powerful property display module that includes:
• High-resolution photo galleries with swipe navigation
• Built-in 360-degree virtual tours
• Quick contact forms that direct inquiries directly to the advertiser
• A map view with location and price, enabling users to locate the property or filter results by area
• A chat feature for property seekers to connect with advertisers
• Other paid features such as daily ads, search requests, marketing services, promotion services, and subscriptions
• Other important details
The user role is important here. Advertisers can register as private owners, licensed brokers, or real estate agencies, and each role will require its own dashboard to add, edit, and promote properties. For my part, the dashboard will allow me to approve or reject properties, manage users, and highlight featured properties.
I will provide brand guidelines and structural models once the technical toolset is agreed upon. What I expect from you is:
1. iOS and Android versions (native or cross-platform - indicate your preference)
2. Source code and brief technical documentation
3. A sandbox for testing, plus a round of refinements after User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
If you have previously released similar real estate or marketplace apps, please indicate them; the closer they are to these requirements, the better.
