React+Firebase Developer for CSPWALA

We’re building CSPWALA – a next-generation Multi-Business CRM WebApp + Android App
CSPWALA will help small businesses and service providers manage everything in one place:
Business Owners → create/manage multiple businesses under one account
Employees → mark attendance, apply for leave, check payroll, track daily hisaab
Master Admin → manage subscriptions, oversee all businesses
Plus: an integrated Forum where registered users can connect, share, and discuss topics
We’re looking for an experienced React + Firebase developer who can:
Build secure, role-based dashboards (Owner, Employee, Admin)
Deliver real-time features (attendance, forum, payroll)
Package the WebApp as a PWA / Android app
Write clean, scalable code with Firebase best practices
I already have the entire interface of my project built with React and now need the server-side powered by Firebase. You’ll be setting up everything that lets the app move beyond static screens:

Timeline: 2–3 weeks
Tech: React, Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Hosting, Security Rules, PWA/Capacitor for Android)
