RFID tag and Zoho SKU middleware app

Job ID: 39716946

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I need a lightweight hybrid web/Android tool that sits between an Android-based UHF RFID reader (the device’s SDK is ready to share) and Zoho Inventory.

It serves as middleware between RFID EPC codes and Zoho SKUs, enabling mapping, stocktake, and admin updates. Zoho does not support invnetory management activites from unique EPC codes - only through SKUs.

Components:
1. Android App
- Hybrid app with native modules for RFID reader SDK integration.
- Core workflows: Tag Mapping, Stocktake, Mapping Updates.

2. Web App
- For desktop access.
- Supports EPC mapping via USB RFID reader (keyboard text input, no dev needed).
- Provides mapping update tools.
- Provides reporting/search views.

3. Remote Database
- Stores SKU ↔ EPC mappings.
- Stores metadata (SKU, EPC, date, user).
- Maintains latest state only (no historical logs).

4. Zoho Inventory Integration
- API calls to validate SKUs.
- API calls to fetch current stock qty.
- API calls to create Inventory Adjustment transactions during stocktake.

Full specs attached.

Some general screenshots attached that I put together just to give a high level idea of the type of app required. Note, it does not show full functionality.

We have the full SDK available including an app and its source code that uses the RFID reader and outputs lists only.
