Publish Utility App on Play

I have a brand-new Android-only utility app ready for the spotlight and I need an experienced hand to steer it through Google Play Console. All core assets (APK/AAB, icon, screenshots, and copy) are prepared; what I’m missing is the smooth, error-free submission process that guarantees the app is approved and live without hiccups.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Open a release in my Google Play Console, upload the build, and configure every production track detail correctly (package name, versioning, signing, etc.).
• Complete the store listing, content rating, privacy-policy links, and any policy declarations that Google now requires.
• Resolve warnings or pre-launch report issues so the release status reaches “Ready to publish” and finally “Published”.
• Walk me through any post-launch checks or update steps so I can manage the listing myself later.
