Parental Control Android App Development

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a parental control Android app with the following requirements:
Real-time monitoring and notifications:
- The app should provide real-time monitoring of the child's activities on their Android device.
- Parent can access child's contact list and gallery and if needed copy files etc from phone explorer to parent's mobile or computer.
- It should send notifications to the parent whenever a specific action or event occurs.
- It should allow the parent to keep checking sms and call logs.
- It should allow the parent to keep checking child's live location.
- It should allow parents to check child's mobile camera whenever needed and record videos/photos.
Location tracking:
- The app should have the ability to track the location of the child's Android device.
- The location information should be displayed on a map within the app.
User-friendly interface for children:
- The app should be hidden from phone menu and can only appear under installed apps section.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Experience in Android app development, specifically in developing parental control apps.
- Knowledge of real-time monitoring and notification systems.
- Proficiency in integrating location tracking functionality into Android apps.
