Offline Android App Development

I need an offline Android app with six tabs:

1. **Add Tab**:
- Add new entries
- Edit existing entries
- Delete entries

2. **Transaction Tab**:
- View transactions
- Add new transactions
- Edit transactions

3. **Site Tab**: Functionality TBD

4. **Settings Tab**: Functionality TBD

5. **Balance Sheet**: A page to display the balance sheet
