Odia News App Development

I'm seeking a freelancer to develop a basic Android app for my Blogger-based news site. The app should:

- Display daily Odia news using RSS feed
- Automatically pull latest posts from Blogger
- Send push notifications for new posts
- Integrate AdMob for monetization
- Provide user interactions: like, comment, share, save
