Need an app to be made

I need an Android app that reads fantasy cricket team combinations from an Excel (.xlsx) sheet and imports or creates those teams in the Dream11 app.

Key Requirements:
- Read from a single sheet with all combinations
- Support different team combos for each match
- Automate player selection, Captain, and Vice-Captain based on Excel data
- Notify user on name-mapping errors
