As we get absorbed within our daily tasks and priorities, many of us miss renewing their or their family members’ documents such as
passports, driving licenses, national IDs and so on
DocuReminder will help store your documents in digital environments and will notify you before it expires as per your preferences.
It will enable users to do the below:
- Scan their documents; passports, visas, IDs, etc
- App to read document details and auto read expiration date.
- Allow user to share e-copies via email, whatsapp or download into phone documents
- User can specific when do they want to get notified (6 months before, 3 months, 1 month, etc) and the form of
communication (app notification or email).
- Create folders in the app. So that they can save their own and/or other family members’ documents. Hence a folder for your
own docs and a folder for your child documents
- Classify documents with color shades as expired or valid

Requirements details:
- Developer to develop a working prototype that can be used for testing purposes (see proposed customer journey)
- App developed needs to be cloud compatible to run in the future on different cloud platforms
- Application to consider highest security standards given that it will save sensitive secure data/docs of users
