Multi-Clone Ride Booking Panel

I need a unified control panel that can spin up and manage multiple clones of a ride-booking app and let me trigger bookings across every active clone with one click. Each clone must run on Android and Web, sharing a common backend for consistency yet remaining logically independent so I can A/B test pricing or promotions per clone if I choose.

Inside every clone I expect the full ride-hailing experience: a clean booking interface, real-time driver tracking on the map, seamless payment-gateway integration, an in-app booking history for riders, and a lightweight admin dashboard.

The admin dashboard itself must allow me to:
• Manage rides in real time (assign, cancel, re-route)
• View and filter booking history per clone or aggregated
• Handle payments and refunds from the same screen

What matters most is that the master panel can:
1. List all live clones with status indicators.
2. Accept ride details once and dispatch that request to every selected clone instantly.
3. Return individual booking IDs and statuses back to the panel so I can monitor them side by side.

Please build with modular, well-documented code, using industry-standard stacks for Android (Kotlin or Java) and Web (React, Vue, or similar) plus a scalable backend (Node, Django, or comparable). Real-time updates over WebSocket/Firebase and secure payment APIs are mandatory.
