I'm looking for an experienced Android developer to create a locking app for our Udhari service.

Key Features:
- Remote lock if EMI is unpaid
- UPI payment option on lock screen
- Emergency call feature
- Admin-only unlock via web panel
- Support for all Android versions
- Display EMI due and penalty (Rs. 245)
- Branding: "Udhari by Phonesutra"
- Notify users 1 day before locking device for EMI non-payment

We will provide UI designs and backend flow.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in Android development
- Experience with remote locking and secure payment integrations
- Familiarity with multi-brand Android support
- Knowledge in UI/UX implementation from provided designs
- Backend development experience for web panel
